Scholarships and Reductions

The families of the College or University if due to particular situations need a scholarship or debt reduction, must meet the following:

REGULATION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANTS
Article 1: This regulation is to regulate the system of interim assistance grants for students of Level, Primary and Secondary School of the Immaculate Conception.

Article 2: General Conditions. Applicants for this assistance, families and students should observe the following conditions:
  • The applicant family must register regularization outstanding debts with the College.
  • The student must have benefited a good academic performance and their attitudes and behavior must be consistent with the spirit of the College.
  • The benefit will be granted for a period of one academic year.
  • Observe the requirements, terms and conditions set forth in this annual competition regulation.
  • Submit the Fellowship Application Form which acts as Annex I to this Regulation with the information and documentation required herein.
Article 3: Agencies involved. Grants financial aid will be processed before the administration of the College of the Immaculate Conception and shall be governed by a commission composed of members Fellowship of the College Board of Directors and a maximum representative of each of the levels of study those proposals to raise Mr. Rector for approval.

Article 4: Notice: Annually, in the first week of October the College will make available to families who need this benefit for the next school year in order to pass by the Administration to withdraw the relevant forms that must be submitted together with the documents after respaldatoria and a copy of these rules duly signed Scholarship.

Article 5: Financing. Each year the Board of Directors shall determine an item in the budget to finance Financial Assistance Grants. The amount and number of scholarships to be granted shall be subject to this budget.

Article 6: Information: Information regarding applications for Financial Assistance Grants shall be privileged. Decisions of the Scholarship Committee and the resolution of Rector is final.

Article 9: Semi-annual report of study: During the first fortnight after the winter break, the heads of the various levels of education inform the Administration whether students benefit from discounts Grant met the requirements of Article 10 Inc. a and b of this regulation. In cases that do not meet the minimum requirements, the Administration shall suspend the agreed benefits to time in the issuance of the next installment. Article 10: Duties of Fellow:
  1. Primary level students may not have more than two areas in notepad in process (February-March). The high school will only have the possibility of two courses not approved for recovery and / or pay in December.

Article 11: Rights of Fellow: To enjoy the benefits granted by resolution of the Senate during the period granted in the same and under the terms of this regulation.
Article 12: Termination of Grant: Will occur for the following reasons:

Article 14: Unforeseen situations. Any situation related to Financial Aid Scholarships generated by these rules shall be decided by the Scholarship Committee.
Article 15: Annexes form. The terms, requirements and conditions contained in the standard form annexed to these Rules are an integral part thereof.
